Example
- You pay for 3 students Walnut.
- You refer another parent who adds 2 students.
- ✅ You earn 2 free student-months — that’s two of your students learning free for a month.
- 📈If you later refer more families, those credits add up automatically.
Key details
- Free months are awarded only after the referred family’s first payment clears.
- You’ll receive one free student-month per paid student on the referred account.
- Free student-months are stackable and roll forward automatically until used.
- You can refer as many families as you like — there’s no cap.
- Credits expire 12 months after being awarded.
- Referrals must be new, paying families. Existing Walnut customers can’t use a referral code.
Fair Play
We want to keep the programme fair and fun for everyone. To protect it from misuse, Walnut may withhold or revoke credits if:
- Multiple accounts are created by the same household or payment details
- The referred account cancels or refunds shortly after joining
- Referral codes are used in ways that breach our Terms of Service
